Born and raised in Houston, TX, I caught the theatre bug when I was around 10 years old after trying and failing at nearly every sport. When athleticism did not work, I auditioned for a musical and was cast in a little show called “Wizard of the Mall,” a spoof on the Wizard Oz. There was just something about Dorothy getting caught in the revolving doors that made me want to keep creating new stories and here we are. Since then I have performed in a variety of shows at different theaters. I love being able to ground my characters by relating them to my real life experiences. Getting to embody a character and share their story with an audience brings me so much joy. When I am not performing I enjoy writing music on my ukulele, thrift shopping and playing card games with my best friends, which I somehow always lose.
